With the increasing importance of mobile GPS applications, Rapco has been developing product enhancements to provide quicker lock, faster oscillator warm up and protection against the effects of vibration and changes of attitude. While this has not resulted in new commercial products, we now have the knowledge and capability to customise our frequency sources to meet the most demanding requirements of military or civil applications.

Our market for comms products continues to grow and this has prompted the introduction of the 1976A and 1976C Distribution units. These provide outputs fully compliant to the requirements of G703.10 including all the recommended protection circuits.

Also new on the scene is the 1844 Havequick Timecode Reader. This may be connected to a PTTI interface and provides control for Rapco 2804 or 1804 time and frequency sources.
